CAUTION, slow children at play
FACTS:
Two candidates were considered for the position of chairperson of the Lafourche Parish Council, for the year of 2006. The candidates were councilman Brent Callais and councilman Tommy Lasseigne. A vote was taken and the results were 4 to 4 with councilman Tyrone Williams being absent. Councilman Tyrone Williams did show up later, but refused to vote on the issue.
OPINIONS:
It is alleged that both sides of the aisle honeymooned councilman Williams.
It is alleged that the parish president promised to help Tyrone get his waterline if he would vote for Brent Callais for chairperson.
Tyrone did vote for Callais and Callais did become chairperson, allegedly.
In my opinion, Tyrone figured since he voted for Callais alleged illegal waterline, that Callais would support his.
In my opinion, ” Tyrone you were as wrong as Lafourche First when it came to endorse Callais”.
