Are American citizens Frighten?
FACTS:
As a child growing up in the 1950’s, my biggest fear was of the ‘Boogie Man.” Today, many citizens in America fear crime. It appears that crime is escalating out of control. Is there anything that can be done to rid America of its crime fright?
OPINIONS:
In my opinion, the crime rate in America could be lowered in a relatively short time, by replacing “The Bill of Rights” with a “Bill of Responsibilities”.
