Excitement is in the Air
FACTS:
Good news for Louisiana is generating excitement .
OPINIONS:
Louisiana is excited because the US Senate passed a bill which could eventually increase oil revenues and help hold gasoline prices steady at the pumps. The people of the nation are excited because they will get to vote in the upcoming mid-term congressional elections later this year.
In Lafourche Parish, people are excited because public schools begin classes next week, school teachers may get a raise and the school board election will be held this year.
